My last post was about Jack and Kaylies 4th birthday. The keyboard we got jack is more of a toy, I think he wanted the REAL thing! The dollhouse we got Kaylie, well lets just say she need more plastic furniture cause ummm well, her and Jack have destroyed almost every piece of wood furniture in it! GooD thing I didn't spend too much on the furniture!
Update and a little explanation: I turned the big three 0 in April and well ended up in the ER and three more dr's visits the last couple of months, CT scan included because I suffered a concussion. It was not pretty! Anyway, stuggling with headaches, dizziness, etc. I just didn't feel like using my creative mind to blog.....only had patience for facebook, ugh! I promise to keep up with it more now that I am feeling better....
So here is a quick recap of April- August:
****Jack enjoyed soccer this spring, him being one of 6 kids on the team, with three of them actually participating it made for an interesting season, but he ABSOLUTELY
loved it!
****Kaylie finished dance in May with a very nice recital, the three and four year olds are sooo cute cause they get
Stage shock and have a very hard time remembering their moves! She loved to dance, and wants to continue it!**** We enjoyed our yearly trip to the Boraas cabin, even with a little cabin fever because of the damp weather! We still enjoyed hiking, lots of
POOL swimming and a trip to a near by casino. Our kids played soooo well together this year and had a great time!****Jack and Kaylie would like to announce the birth of their brand new baby cousin Chase Jacob Hanson on June 15th. He looks just like his mommy did when she was a baby, and looks like his daddy when he gets fussy!! He brings sooo much
joy into his parents life , it is amazing to see my little sister with a baby, she was truly meant to be a mom!
****Jack and Kaylie would also like to introduce ther new baby third cousin Josiah Michael Friedt into the world on June 20th. With a little mo- hawk and Jack sized
feet he is another wonderful addition to Jesse's side of the family. We are so happy to have two new baby boys to love! Did I mention that Jack LOVES babies, he can't wait to get his hands on them!
July flew by trying to get our pool set up and things done around the house
August we hope is lasts a little longer so we can enjoy a little summer! Jesse and I just enjoyed our 9th anniversary at We Fest, we saw some awsome concerts and enjoyed time with some great friends! Jack and Kaylie spent some quality time with Adrienne, Josh, Chase and Nanny and PaPa while we were away!
SEEE YA SOON!
